PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns; the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all parts and packaging, exactly as you received it.
2. Breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge shipping costs to the customer.
6. A return will be processed by us within 7 working days of receipt and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
**Because the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, we cannot create return labels for you. In the event of a defect or malfunction immediately upon receipt, we will send you a new item free of charge.
How can I return my order?
